:: General regulations of the festival

1.  All academics, including students, employees and faculty members, can participate in the Festival.
2. Participants can send a maximum of 5 works in each section to the secretariat.
3.  After judging and announcing the names, the winners of the national festival section will enter the international competition section of the festival.
4. The winners of the national section can change their work for the international section if they wish.
5. Artists can participate in all parts of the festival at the same time.
6. After delivering the copy of the work to the festival secretariat, it is not possible to remove it.
7. A certificate of participation will be given to artists whose works make it to the final stage.
8. The members of the selection and judging board are appointed by the proposal of the festival Council and the approval of the Executive Secretary.
9. The secretariat is not responsible for possible damages caused by undesirable sending of works by the participants.
10. At the request of the participants whose works and documents are incomplete or do not comply with the regulations of the festival or are not in harmony with the cultural policies, their request will not be processed.
11. Considering the aesthetic aspects and the designer's point of view will be effective in using accurate signs and pictorial elements and innovation and creativity in judging.
12. The received works will be evaluated by a committee consisting of professors and experts, and the selected works will be presented in exhibitions and printed in the festival. The main exhibition will be held at Shiraz University.
13. The participant will be responsible for any copying and non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the festival, and the secretariat will not have any responsibility in this regard.
14. For the first time in the country, a comprehensive bank of artistic works of academicians will be formed.
15. The secretariat is allowed to use the submitted works for exhibition, advertising and publishing purposes in any form.
16. Sending the work to the exhibition means accepting this principle.
17. The presence of the chosen works (virtual or physical depending on the conditions) in the final ceremony of the festival is mandatory and non-participation will be considered as withdrawal.
18. Artists can choose one of the following ways to submit their works, register, complete the form and receive the tracing code, and Make sure to send your work correctly after receiving the message 'Your work has been successfully registered.':

 * Important notice: The copies submitted to the secretariat for the use of researchers are kept in the bank of academics' works and will not be returned to the sender.
